A Canada Goose coat and Burberry jacket among a collection of designer items stolen from Thornaby’s house


Tens of thousands of pounds worth of designer goods were broken into at a bungalow in Thornaby.

The Briar Road property has been targeted twice now – first between 8pm Thursday May 19 and 3.20pm Friday May 20, and second between 5pm Sunday May 22 and 9.50am Monday May 23.

The burglars took away thousands of pounds of designer clothing, jewellery, shoes and accessories from the Thornaby house, including a large amount of designer handbags and shoes.

A Canada Goose coat as well as Burberry and Louis Vuitton jackets were also taken in the raid, along with a Jaeger LeCoultre watch – all worth thousands. Stockton CID detectives are currently investigating the two burglaries which happened in a short time.

Cleveland Police are appealing for any information, doorbell footage, CCTV or dash cams that may assist officers in their investigations. Also contact the police if you see any of these items for sale anywhere, on number 101 quoting references 85577 and 87529.
